Correct installation of Pressure Control Valve

I wish you have a good time full of health, joy and prosperity. Because of top mistakes that we see all the time during installation of valves, we decide to avoid top mistake while installation pressure control valve and record a video for your dear customers.
At first, correct installation of the pressure control valve is so important, any mistake during its installation lead to plant failure despite the fact how sophisticated machinery was installed in this plant.
The actuator should be installed in downward and vertical position.
As you see, in this line we install a manual globe valve and a gauge before and after of pressure control valve. Now we can check inlet and outlet pressure. If the function of PCV has wrong you should close the BV and use the bypass line until the consumer can continue the job.
Using the strainer is necessary for PCV. You should install strainer in vertical and horizontal position.
The external pipe line diameter should be more than 2 sizes larger than PCV. Before installing you should fill the condensation chamber with the water so the diaphragm and steam don’t contact each other it’s cause burning and demolish of diaphragm.
